Nuttin'

Bleh...that's how it's been the past few weeks...just bleh! The highlight of June was getting my new tatoo on the top of my left foot (thank you Danny for the terrific job you did, I love you). Work sucks, life is day to day stuff. Doing the groinocologist tango to see about having my uterus taken out, but I'm determined that it won't be until after January when my freeholder board reorganizes (and I have more time on the books). The pain is increasing though, so I'm hoping that I can put it off until then. I want to start doing stuff around the house, changing colors/stripping wallpaper/scraping textured ceilings, etc. but The Husband is a turd about it, I shan't elaborate, since I think I've ranted about this before, but fuck ME, I'm about ready to burn this place to the ground. Saw "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" twice, last Monday with the grands, and last night with The Engineer and Miss Tara. I loved it again, but then again I'm not what you would call a Tim Burton fan, so his movie making, unless it really irks me like "Big Fish" (when I wanted my money back) did, I just enjoy films for what they are. I was thinking about other movies that have been "re-made" and the varied versions of "Wuthering Heights" came to mind, along with a few "Romeo and Juliet"'s, and "Jane Eyre"'s. I don't care that the films are different, what I care about is how closely they stick to the books, ya know? Anyway, I have to see "Charlie" at least once more as I promised my god-daughter to take her, and will have to also take her younger brother (no problems with that). Hehehehe, Johnny Depp kills me in this! Anyway, I'm off, meeting TAL at Ponzio's after Rittenhouse, then Sunday, bloody Sunday, doing nothing, as usual. Not a bad thing I suppose.
